What data we collect and why

When you fill in a contact or enquiry form on our website we collect your name, email address and the details you provide in your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

When you place an order through our online store we collect your name, delivery address, email address and payment details. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never store your card details.

When you visit our website our hosting provider may log your IP address and browser information for security purposes.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry form submissions are kept for up to 12 months. Order records are kept for 7 years to meet HMRC requirements. We do not keep your data for longer than necessary.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be passed to the following services solely to operate our website and process your orders:

• Stripe and PayPal (payment processing)
• Brevo (email delivery)
• OVH (website hosting)

All are bound by their own GDPR-compliant privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing or request that we restrict it. To exercise any of these rights please email us at pizza@thesimpleslice.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
